Build a facilitation business you love — and make it profitable.
Stop guessing. Start building.
With the right experts and peers by your side.
8 weeks · From 01 July until 19 August 2026

You love facilitation.
The business side? Not so much.
In the room? You're brilliant. Ask you to get visible, pitch a client, or explain what you do — suddenly it's not so easy.
Nobody knows who you are or what you do. You're good at what you do but struggle to explain it clearly to the people who should be hiring you.
You talk. Clients don't listen. You talk about your process — but clients want to hear about their problems and the outcomes you deliver.
Online, you don't exist. You know you need to show up and create content — but you don't know where to start or what to say.
Sales conversations make you want to hide. The idea of pitching yourself feels pushy, uncomfortable, or just not you.
You can design anything. But you sell nothing specific. You can design a workshop for anyone — but you don't have one signature thing you're known for.
Everyone else seems to have figured it out. Except you. There's no roadmap for building a facilitation business — and most business advice wasn't made for people like you.

Hi, I'm Nathy.
I've been designing and running workshops for over 10 years — in corporate and as a freelancer.
In my coaching and my programs, I kept seeing the same thing: talented facilitators going freelance, real expertise in their craft, not so much in the business side — because nobody ever taught them that part.
There are plenty of business programs out there. None of them are built for facilitators. So I built one.
Three cohorts in, I know the journey. I know where people get stuck. And I know what it takes to get unstuck — together.
I'll push you, hold you accountable, and make sure you leave with more than ideas.
Every session builds
on the one before.
This isn't a collection of standalone workshops. It's a journey with a clear arc — from knowing who you are and what you offer, to being able to talk about it, sell it, and go after the clients you want.
Your Positioning
We start with you — who you are, who you want to serve, and what problems you're solving. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

Get and give support,
from people on the same path.
Most business programs leave you to implement everything solo. This one doesn't. You'll be surrounded by facilitators at the same stage, facing the same challenges — in breakout rooms during the live sessions, in Monday co-working circles, and in the community channel all week long.
The accountability isn't enforced. It builds itself.

Not just theory.

They came in with a practice.
They left with a business.
The Mastermind is very well structured and Nathy is an amazing facilitator always trying to adjust the journey based on the needs of the participants. The Mastermind helped me understand how to practically create an offer and that was extremely helpful. If you are a facilitator and want to take a step back and gift yourself time to reflect on your practice as a facilipreneur, this is the right course!
→ Structured journey + practical offer creationI came in with a coaching practice. The structure and tools helped me define what I actually offer and who my audience is. But it was the pace Nathy set that made the difference — she kept us moving, accountable, and consistently pushed us to get talking to people.
→ Clear positioning + flagship workshopI took business masterclasses before, but none specifically aimed at facilitators. Nathy's mastermind is — which makes it so valuable. Working on positioning, products, marketing, and sales with other facilitators advances your business tremendously.
→ Built specifically for facilitatorsThe moment I realized my audience wasn't facilitators but campaigners changed everything. I arrived doubting my expertise and left with clarity, confidence, and a voice that finally feels like mine.
→ Found her niche and her voiceIt helped me put into words my expertise — and where I'm not the right fit. Doing this alongside other facilitators was invaluable: they see things you can no longer see, ask questions that spark new ideas, and offer perspectives that challenge and inspire.
→ Clarity on expertise and ideal clientsThe mastermind helped me move from thinking about my facilitation business to actually shaping it into something concrete. Being surrounded by other facilitators building their businesses — testing ideas, getting input — was incredibly valuable.
→ From ideas to something realNot a course. Not coaching.
A collective journey.
Most programs give you theory and send you home to figure it out — and none of them are built for solo facilitators.
The Facilipreneur Mastermind is different. It works because 3 forces are happening at the same time.
Expert knowledge
Four world-class specialists in storytelling, branding, content strategy, and sales are joining us. Each one hand-picked because they are not only experts in their domain — but because they know the facilitation field.
Collective intelligence
Your peers are building their facilitation businesses too. They see things you can no longer see. They ask questions that spark ideas you wouldn't have reached alone.
Built-in accountability
You're not learning alone and going home to figure it out. Every session builds on the last. Your peers are watching, encouraging, and expecting you to show up.
"Being in a small group meant the accountability was built in. Watching others work through the same challenges made the whole process feel far more grounded than any course I've done alone."

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to already have clients to join?
No — and the earlier you do this work, the faster everything else moves. You don't need a full client base. You need clarity on who you are and what you offer. That's exactly what we build together from week one.
What if I can't make every live session?
All sessions are recorded. That said, showing up live is where the real magic happens — the group energy, the real-time feedback, the accountability. We strongly encourage you to block the Wednesdays before you start.
Is this a course or a coaching program?
Neither. It's a mastermind — which means you learn from experts AND from each other. The group is small on purpose. The accountability is built in by design. Very different from watching videos alone at home.
I've done business programs before and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?
Because this is built specifically for facilitators — not adapted from generic business coaching. Every session, every exercise, every conversation is grounded in the reality of running a freelance facilitation practice. And because you're doing it with peers in exactly the same situation, the accountability is real.
Who is Joyce and what is the Monday co-working circle?
Joyce is a former mastermind participant who loved the experience so much she came back to host a space for the next cohort. The Monday circle is an optional, informal gathering where you can work on your business with peers. No agenda, no pressure — just momentum.
When does the next cohort start?
Sessions run every Wednesday 12:00–14:00 CEST, starting 02 July and ending 20 August. Monday Peer Co-Working Circles run from 07 July to 18 August. Apply now — spots are limited.
Your business.
Your people.
